Seven hears color and Five sees not / Thirteen was marked before Twelve forgot // Ask How, Five answer, but Six discover mound / The betrayer, shunned, Eleven foreve bound // One became Two and Three became One / When Six becomes sweet, Eight becomes fun // Two eyes from below may be Four from above / All Nine have passed, in fright of the dove. // Through sickness and health, in riches, in Zeros / Hate murders all Three, still Two leave heroes // A child at Thirty One, already grown by Thirteen / Let One's Sacrifice for all, Love's only Son, be seen.
My country, 'tis of thee, land of hypocrisy of thee I sing: land where world freedom died, land of oligarchic pride, refuse on the holy mountainside, self-worshipping! Non-native country, flee, citizenship in mockery, in hate thee love. They love oil, debt, ill=will, sex traffic on Capitol Hill, spy satellites, chemical spills, police shoot and shove. Fighting over planting trees, while Monsanto kills the bees; accountability gone. Let us now come awake, propaganda minds, they bake virus fear, forced vaccine, "Must take!" It won't be long! Losing sense of rights and wrongs, in our ways and in our songs; attack the faith. Soon there will be hell to pay, when comes our Judgement Day; Don't give an inch, hold fast to love and pray! Look to the Eighth!

A Good Life and then After
I'm very glad,
For the good and the bad;
The work,
The Weary,
The Pain.
I'll hold my head high,
And fight till I die;
When I hope,
To love you,
Once Again.
Veins I never do
Choke
Blind I never try
Smother
Wife I turned them too
Sis
Friend No wonder why
Lover
Fear Itching pain
Grasp
Frozen Calloused smile
Gray
Past All done in
Night
Future Down the aisle
Day
Retreat Quick to jump
Terse
Shiver Quick to blame
Rend
Heartbeat Thine burden clump
Curse
Cancer Tossed into flame
End
Sunlight drips off a pale wash of violet
Cascading through the holes in my conscience.
Above, a brilliant wafer cuts through the growing darkness,
Belligerent and proud...but it's a fake.
A glamorous mirror glittering promises like a dry rainstorm
I turn to you frustrated by the moon's audacity,
And see them,
Your Eyes,
Dazzling fiercely,
As if the moon itself was merely a reflection of your will.
They encompass the heavens,
The Milky Way sparkles inside spheres
Hewn from the very soul of the universe.
As I gaze into this endless space of your own,
It feels as if creation itself is flowing into the very fibers of my being,
Creativity and k
Silence sleeps,
Silence creeps,
Silence covers everything.
When I fall,
Behind my wall,
Silence judges everything.
Hear me stare,
Watch me swear,
Silence bullies everything.
I feel it loom,
In my room,
Silence spies on everything.
It brings me past,
To which I bask,
Silence remembers everything.
I taste the dead,
Inside my head,
Silence dictates everything.
I would walk away,
From where I lay,
But silence......covers everything.

Sing, Sing!
Envelope me in the Song of Spring.
Fresh, Crisp!
Their voices ring out pure as dew.
Breathe, Smell!
The dark, earthy tones of a clean morning.
Feel, Live!
Enjoy the bright virgin sun dripping color on newborn green.
Confined
But I'm Glad
I'm Free
To explore my boundaries
My mind thrashes out
Against his oppressors
the light blinds
As dark figures look on
Menacingly
Always menacingly,
they stare on
at myselves.
I'm at war against them all
All of them,
All of me,
I am the result of my torment
I'm drowning
From the pressure
Up here on my fragile cloud
of no worries
I'm being pulled up and over
And pushed under the System
By the System
The strain makes it hard to breathe
I can see a lottery machine
In my mind
It tells me secrets
My insides twist
As myselves' tantrums
Tear our inner fabric apart
Like rainbows of blotched clays
I can only bare
The pai

Bitter as a old house,
Sour as a steel nail,
Burnt as an effigy,
I wait for you.
Longing as the sun rises,
Suffering as the sky ages,
Hoping as the earth melts,
I wait for you.
Breathing as a page turns,
Grasping as a bird falls,
Clenching as a door slams,
I close my eyes...
and wait...
for you.
